Shipping & Delivery

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. 
  • Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days (Sweden).
  • You’ll receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched.
    If there are delays, we’ll let you know.

Returns & Complaints

  • You have 14 days to return a product (unused, in original packaging).
  • If a product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace or refund it.

  • Prices are shown in SEK and include VAT.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices, stock status, or product information.
  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

 

Damages and issues

Route provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen! This service is automatically added to each order, by removing the Route Package Protection from your order, you understand that lost, broken and stolen packages will not be replaced or refunded.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. There is a 7-day grace period starting from the time the package is marked at "ARRIVED" for a full refund or exchange to be considered. 

Promotions

Only one promotion code can be applied to each order. Promotion code eligible orders will have a section to input your code at checkout. Promotions can not be retroactively applied to orders placed prior to the start of the promotion. For cancellation requests, please see our Order Cancellation policy.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be received within 24 hours of purchase. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of orders and pre-orders are processed in our system and we are unable to accommodate any changes after 24 hours.
